There is annoying feature of MS Outlook whereby pressing the Control & Enter keys simultaneously causes it to send the message. I can't tell you how many times this has caused me to send a message before it was completed, usually with embarrassing consequences. To counter-act this bug, I have added a deliberately misspelled word to my automatically added signature line, and set the option in MS Outlook's general properties to always perform a spell check prior to sending, thus preventing the unintended sending of a partially completed email.
