Three consecutive months of blockbuster car repairs: $400.00 to replace steering rod ends; $850.00 to fix A/C; and $850.00 to fix a leaking air intake header coolant manifold have convinced me that it was time to replace my aging 12 mpg Premium Unleaded Camaro Z28 with something a little bit more economical. Natalie, my 10 month old daughter, was called back into the hospital on Thursday because the tumor removed last month was re-diagnosed as a 'Rhabdoid' tumor. This kind of cancer is way deadlier than the originally diagnosed cancer (40% vs. 90%), so she was admitted last Thursday to undergo an extensive series of new tests to determine if it has spread further. Fortunately, no new tumors have been discovered in the last four days of testing including various cat scans, mri's and other forms of imagery.

In other news, my car broke down yesterday on the way to Bartow to look at a car I was wanting to buy from a private seller, costing me $800.00 to get repaired (hopefully). This repair came on the heals of an $850.00 a/c repair last month, and a $400.00 steering system related repair two months ago.
