I host my site on a leased Windows Server 2003 Web Host Edition, and as such, am very limited with many capabilities out of the box that are built into Windows Server 2003. Specifically, W2k3 Web Host edition only allows for a single VPN connection, which is very limiting in any use case of the operating system, as even a web host edition server needs to be accessed securely by more than one developer from time to time.
